Publish and share a dashboard

Generate a public link so your boss, client or team can view the dashboard without needing an account.

schedule 3 minutes read
  1. Step 1

    Go to the Publications section

Inside the project, below the editor is the Publications panel. Click New publication.

  2. Step 2

    Choose the presentation mode

You have two options: Read-only Excel (shows all sheets as an Excel embedded in the browser) or HTML Dashboard (renders KPIs + interactive charts with a professional look — better for clients).

💡 Tip: HTML mode works with AI-generated dashboards or with dashboards you built by hand. In the latter case you can specify the KPI range.
  3. Step 3

    Configure privacy

You can add a password (optional), an expiration date, allow downloading the .xlsx, and show/hide the sheet tabs. By default the link works without a password but only for whoever receives it.

  4. Step 4

    Copy the link and share

Once the publication is created, it appears in the list. Click the copy icon to get the URL on your clipboard. The visitor opens the link, enters the password if you set one, and sees the dashboard.

  5. Step 5

    Refresh when data changes

If you modify the Excel and save a version, the publication still points to the old version (snapshot). Click the Refresh icon to update the link to the current version.

💡 Tip: Tip: you can publish the same version multiple times with different configurations — one with a password for clients, another without password and a simplified dashboard for your team.
