Create your first project

Upload your first Excel to the platform, open the in-browser editor and save a version.

  1. Step 1

    Sign up and log in

    Go to Create account, enter your email and password. You'll land directly on the projects panel.

    💡 Tip: No credit card required to start — the free plan is enough to try everything.
  2. Step 2

    Click "New project"

    On the Projects screen, click the New project button. It asks for a name, an optional description and the .xlsx or .xlsm file you want to upload.

  3. Step 3

    Upload your Excel

    Drag the file in or pick it from the explorer. The platform supports up to 32 MB per file on the free plan.

    💡 Tip: If your Excel has formulas with external references, consider pasting them as values before uploading — the app preserves them, but the assistant works better with flat data.
  4. Step 4

    Explore the editor

    Once the project is created, you land on the editor: on the left you see your full Excel (all sheets, all formulas), on the right is the AI assistant chat. Try moving between sheets just like in desktop Excel.

  5. Step 5

    Save a version

    Before making important changes, click Save version. Every version is kept in the history and you can roll back at any time.
